




Job Summary: We are seeking a technologist with experience in in-person end-user support, proficiency in Office 365, and solid technical knowledge for resolving incidents and service requests, along with service orientation and communication skills. Service orientation and communication skills EDUCATION: o Graduated Technologist in Systems, Electronics, or related fields o ITIL(R) Foundations V4 certification preferred · EXPERIENCE: · o Minimum two years of in-person end-user service experience in the assigned role. o Technical-functional training on Office 365 suite products; certification as an Office 365 Specialist (preferred). o Technical experience and focus in resolving incidents and requests related to services covered under the contract. o Solid technical and functional knowledge of office productivity software. o Service orientation and active listening. o Diagnostic skills, knowledge, and experience in hardware support. o Verbal and written communication skills. o Proactivity and flexibility. o Solid knowledge of IP and analog telephony. · SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM, distributed across rotating availability shifts ensuring coverage for all COMPENSAR locations. · Chía – Must reside in Chía or nearby cities such as Cajicá, El Canelón, Cota, or, as a last resort, Zipaquirá (or far northern Bogotá, e.g., around Calle 200 northward). -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technological degree 2 years of experience Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnología, technologist, support, support, support
