Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure the proper execution of technical activities in the field, optimize resources, manage the technical team, and guarantee customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the execution and monitoring of technical activities in the field. 2. Optimizes operational resources and coordinates technical visits. 3. Maintains effective communication with customers and internal departments. We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** responsible for ensuring the correct execution of technical activities in the field through service scheduling, coordination, and monitoring, thereby ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction. The primary objective is to optimize operational resources, manage the technical team, and maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments to ensure service continuity and efficiency. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and schedule technical visits, ensuring staff and resource availability. * Manage work orders (WO) and ensure their proper execution. * Supervise and monitor field activities. * Maintain constant communication with customers regarding progress, updates, and service closure. * Handle operational contingencies and propose timely solutions. * Prepare and present operational reports. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technician in telecommunications, electronics, systems, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum **12 months** in similar roles (operational coordination, technical services, or field operations). **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools (intermediate level) * Operational scheduling and work order management. * Report preparation and operational monitoring.
