Candidates must be proactive and have at least six (6) months of experience in production plants, preferably in **bakery and/or pastry**, with knowledge of baking, dough conditioning, and/or sheeting, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices to carry out manufacturing, equipment cleaning, and disinfection activities. Ensure that the product meets the required quality standards at each process stage. Strong interpersonal skills, communication ability, time availability, and teamwork.
