




**Responsibilities** * Provide daily operational and administrative support directly to the client. * Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and management indicators in a timely manner. * Monitor and track key performance indicators such as Service Levels, Average Handle Time (AHT), and Adherence. * Manage Excel databases, including the use of pivot tables and advanced formulas. * Develop executive presentations in PowerPoint for business meetings and client engagements. * Identify and promptly escalate incidents that may impact operations. * Support analytical activities and forecasting efforts that contribute to decision-making. **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in operational support, customer service, or similar administrative roles. * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, databases, formulas). * Proficiency in PowerPoint and office productivity tools. * Knowledge of operational KPIs (Service Levels, AHT, Adherence). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational skills, prioritization, and deadline adherence. * Proactivity and autonomy in task management. * Professionalism and ability to build effective client relationships.
