Position Summary: We are seeking an Academic Programs Director – Senior Management to lead academic, curricular, faculty, and quality management, ensuring relevance and positioning. We are looking for an **Academic Programs Director – Senior Management**, whose main purpose is to lead the academic, curricular, faculty, and quality management of assigned programs, ensuring their relevance, positioning, sustainability, and alignment with institutional strategic objectives. We seek a professional with **strategic vision, academic leadership, management capability, and relationship-building skills**, focused on strengthening the academic offering and developing initiatives that contribute to program growth, innovation, and quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage academic and administrative processes for Senior Management programs. * Oversee curriculum implementation, updating, and strengthening. * Lead faculty management, including selection, academic assignment, evaluation, mentoring, and professional development. * Lead self-assessment, self-regulation, continuous improvement, qualified registration, and accreditation processes. * Promote the development of new academic programs and continuing education proposals. * Direct academic, research, and outreach activities. * Represent the Institution and its programs before external organizations, institutional partners, professional associations, and academic societies. * Coordinate initiatives with Marketing, Commercial, and Product areas to strengthen program positioning and development. * Lead collaborative work with other Program Directors, Coordinators, Analysts, and the Dean’s Office to continuously improve programs. * Monitor management indicators, academic outcomes, and improvement plans, and prepare required reports for decision-making. **Diversity and Inclusion** **We believe in talent without barriers.** If you have a certified disability and meet the position requirements, we invite you to participate in this selection process. At **IBERO, we promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.** **Required Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in administrative, economic, financial, business, engineering, or related fields, with a **Master’s degree in Administration, Senior Management, Management, Business Administration, Education, or related areas**. **Experience:** Experience in directing, coordinating, or managing academic programs, preferably in higher education institutions and in administration, management, business, or related fields.
