This position is for DHL SUPPLY CHAIN COLOMBIA SAS Role Purpose Lead, manage, and optimize all regional operations, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Be accountable for designing, implementing, and scaling new operations, guaranteeing compliance with client agreements and organizational strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities * Define staffing and infrastructure strategy required to ensure operational excellence across all regional operations, aligning with corporate objectives. * Supervise and ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and operational systems across all regional or sector-based distribution centers (CEDIS), promoting standardization and best practices. * Analyze key performance indicators (Inventory, Service, Billing, Climate, and Profitability) and make strategic decisions to optimize operations and generate value for the company. * Lead and evaluate the performance of CEDIS Directors and Coordinators, fostering talent development and a high-performance culture. * Strategically participate in negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring operational agreements are viable and aligned with company objectives. * Oversee planning, setup, and scaling of new operations, ensuring fulfillment of client requirements and standards for quality and profitability. * Approve and control regional operational expenditures, ensuring budget compliance and optimal resource utilization. * Direct and supervise comprehensive inventory management (daily closings, cyclical and full inventories), ensuring accuracy and reliability of operational data. * Manage and periodically review, together with the Legal Department, contractual matrices outlining obligations, responsibilities, and rights for all regional clients, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Requirements to Apply * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Master’s degree in Logistics, Project Management, or related disciplines preferred. * Minimum 5 years of specific experience in retail operations. * Experience in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. * Experience managing relationships with internal and external clients, with a commercial focus.
