Coordinate work teams and processes A food sector company operating in correctional facilities requires a FOOD ENGINEER \-BOGOTÁ for its team to fulfill the following profile: Responsibilities 1\. Coordinate all activities required for the proper delivery of each meal ration in the food supply service at correctional institutions. 2\. Oversee procurement of food items or raw materials necessary for the proper execution of processes, in accordance with specifications defined by USPEC. 3\. Design and share with the work team the tools required for monitoring and controlling quantity, timeliness, and quality throughout process execution. 4\. Monitor team members' performance on assigned tasks to ensure proper operational functioning in line with USPEC requirements. 5\. Receive visits from Oversight and/or Supervision entities. 6\. Lead and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders involved in operations to implement necessary actions for effective service delivery.
