This opportunity is on-site. **The Role** Wood Colombia is seeking for its team a professional with a degree in engineering, administration or related fields, with 1 year of specific experience in engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector, to work as a document controller. Expected: * Experience in the Oil & Gas sector. * Basic knowledge of engineering documents. * Microsoft Office. **Desirable:** * Positive attitude and teamwork. * Communication and active listening. * Initiative. * Attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset. * Leadership. * Always comply with Company corporate and local policies and align with our Corporate Values. * Prepare document control documentation in the project coordination plan: Document numbering system, formats, distribution matrices, etc. * Train project team members on specific document control procedures and formats. * Coordinate with Project Controls, Discipline Leads and Project Managers the list of project deliverables. * Coordinate project configuration in the Document Management System (EDMS). * Register and validate project documents prior to issuance to the client. * Centralize and control documentation received from the client and share it with the project team. * Maintain physical and electronic copies of all project documents or files. * Provide support to the project team for deliverable numbering. * Control data and documents from all clients and third parties. * Prepare all required reports. * Promptly inform the employer or contractor about potential hazards and risks at the workplace. * Provide clear, truthful and complete information regarding your health status. * Comply with the company's Occupational Health and Safety Management System rules, regulations and instructions. * Promote comprehensive care of your health Participate in occupational health and safety training activities defined in the SG-SST training plan
