




Job Summary: A leading company in the sector is seeking an experienced Baker to perform preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery and confectionery products, ensuring compliance with GMP and quality specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality in the production of bakery and confectionery products. 2. Apply knowledge of standard recipes and food handling. 3. Comply with GMP during the work shift. A leading company in the sector is currently seeking personnel to fill the position of: Baker. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of raw materials for bakery and confectionery; verify that oven temperature complies with specifications required for proper production of various products; bake various products according to defined time and temperature specifications for each; deliver finished products correctly baked; package and label bakery and confectionery products; verify operational status of ovens and proofing rooms before introducing any produced items; comply with GMP during the work shift. ACADEMIC LEVEL: Technical Certificate in Baking or Certified Competency-Based High School Diploma in Bakery Processes. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Food handling course and GMP. Knowledge of standard recipes for bakery, pastry, and confectionery. Customer attention and service. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. SALARY: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + Non-statutory bonus of $600,000.
