A major production company is seeking a Machine Operator or Machine Supervisor with two years of experience operating plastic production machinery (preferred). Responsibilities: Synchronize and adjust the production machine to ensure optimal production performance. Inspect and monitor the production machine process to produce goods under optimal quality conditions. Execute and carry out the programming provided by the planning department to meet production targets, cost objectives, and delivery timelines. Verify availability of supplies, raw materials, tools, and technical documents (packaging specification sheet, product specification sheet, work order), and adjust the machine accordingly for production. Experience: High school diploma; two years of experience operating plastic production machinery (preferred). Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., or 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with one day off per month. Location: Fontibón Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract Salary: $2,142,000 + All statutory benefits + Overtime premiums + Sunday and holiday premiums.
