Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Packaging Operators to ensure proper packaging, product identification, and quality control of products on production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: High school diploma Minimum 6 months of production or packaging experience Proven employment stability Residence in Tenjo or neighboring municipalities Responsibilities: Perform product packaging according to technical specifications Verify correct product identification (batch number, expiration date, barcodes, etc.) Conduct attribute-based quality control (correct product, good packaging condition, presentation) Ensure quantities match technical specifications for packaging Deliver finished products to the logistics department Carry out cleaning and sanitation activities per the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manual Working Conditions: Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts (6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) Includes 30-minute break Availability to work up to 2 Sundays per month as required by operations Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + statutory surcharges (overtime is not routinely scheduled) Benefit: Cafeteria Contract Type: Project-based or service contract Work Location: Latam Industrial Park – Siberia Road/Tenjo Km 8 Bogotá–Medellín Highway, Warehouse 700B. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education years of experience Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: operator, operario, operator
