Location: Soacha What profile are we looking for? · Education: Professional degree or final-semester student in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience as a procurement analyst, warehouse analyst, or accounting analyst. Technology tools: Proficiency in the SIESA system (production, procurement, or inventory modules) is mandatory. Key knowledge: Stock control, supplier management, petty cash handling, and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) is desirable. Your main challenges and responsibilities: · Procurement Management: Manage agile quotations, generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for Quality, HSE, Infrastructure, and Production departments. Inventory Control: Register and control daily manufacturing and maintenance inventories in the SIESA system, ensuring high-turnover stock and critical materials. Supplier Relationship Management: Identify, evaluate, and re-evaluate strategic suppliers; coordinate technical visits, effective negotiations, and return management. Financial Control: Administer and safeguard petty cash, maintain infrastructure budget control, and verify that invoicing matches agreed terms. Warehouse Audits: Conduct weekly random physical inventories and monthly consolidated inventories jointly with operational leaders to ensure data reliability.
