Plant Supervisor Do you have experience leading production processes, managing personnel, and supervising production plants? This opportunity is for you! Location: Bogotá. Soacha Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (work or service) for 1 year with the staffing agency. Salary: $2,614,019 + performance bonus of $331,696 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday across 3 shifts, with 1 compensatory day during the week. What will be your mission? Supervise and control the production process to ensure compliance with the production schedule, guaranteeing product quality, efficient use of resources, proper equipment operation, and adherence to safety and operational standards. Requirements: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar production plants. Experience in personnel management and operational supervision. Intermediate proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP modules PP, CO, QM, and MM. Knowledge of industrial processes, inventory management, and production scheduling. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and Lean Manufacturing. Main Responsibilities: Supervise production activities and quality control. Coordinate and schedule operational staff. Monitor production indicators and process cycle times. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. Control raw material and work-in-process inventories. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
