Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead logistics teams and processes, managing goods receipt, organization, placement, and order preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen our team at San Carlos 2 Industrial Park – Funza. Required Profile: Technical or technological degree in Logistics or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of certified experience in supervising logistics processes and personnel management. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the receipt, organization, and placement of goods. Coordinate order preparation and ensure dispatches according to lead time. Conduct continuous monitoring of cyclic inventories (hourly and half-hourly). Lead operational meetings and ensure achievement of objectives by supervised staff. Key Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. Working knowledge of WMS or warehouse management systems. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday on rotating 8-hour shifts. Salary: $2,400,000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance + overtime pay + meal benefit.
