**Self\-Service Implementation Agent** #### **Project Overview:** This role supports Self Service Plan Sponsors during onboarding by providing timely, high\-quality guidance as users navigate our client's platform. The Agent does not own onboarding end to end, but instead focuses on quickly responding to inquiries, clarifying requirements, unblocking progress, and reinforcing standardized processes. **Date posted:** Dec 9, 2025 **City:** Bogotá **Country/Region:** CO **Type of Contract:** Full-time Employment / Unlimited **Job Requisition ID:** 10477 Pharmaceutical and Quality Responsibility Specialist . **OBJECTIVE** Ensure the proper execution of the subsidiary’s pharmaceutical and regulatory responsibilities, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, coordination with health authorities, and support to key business areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Pharmaceutical Responsibility** * Local Coordination of Pharmaceutical Responsibility. * Implement procedures in accordance with local regulations. * Verify regulatory compliance of third parties engaged through pharmaceutical agreements. * Manage and support critical processes such as: + Product Quality Complaints. + Recall processes within the subsidiary. + Monthly quality and pharmacovigilance meetings. + Reconciliations with the medical/scientific area. + Monitoring appropriate use of medical samples. + Managing deviations and corrective actions. **Regulatory Affairs** * Coordinate and provide support for communications with Competent Authorities, especially in urgent situations (e.g., Urgent Safety Restrictions). * Monitor changes in local regulation for proper implementation. * Ensure regulatory compliance across subsidiary activities (e.g., materials, packaging, medical information, etc.). * Serve as the point of contact during regulatory inspections. * Coordinate local implementation of Risk Minimization Measures and manage their traceability. * Act as responsible for promotional materials and develop the local approval procedure. **Compliance** * Report pharmacovigilance information according to internal procedures. * Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable codes, internal policies, and regulations. * Complete corporate trainings within established deadlines. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory). * **Languages:** Intermediate English. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions within the pharmaceutical industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability to change, organizational ability, and teamwork.
