The role entails providing specialized technical support, fault diagnosis, commissioning, and operational assistance for our equipment, ensuring proper field performance. Job Mission Ensure efficient operation of water treatment equipment through specialized technical support, basic PLC programming, fault diagnosis, and technical customer assistance. Main Responsibilities • Perform equipment installation, commissioning, and parameterization. • Diagnose and resolve technical faults on-site. • Provide preventive and corrective technical support. • Verify sensors, electrical panels, and instrumentation. • Deliver technical training to customers on equipment operation. • Prepare technical reports and service documentation. • Provide technical support to the commercial team. • Conduct post-sales follow-up and improve equipment performance. • Respond to customers' technical requests. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in: Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of industrial technical support experience. Knowledge of PLCs, electrical panels, and instrumentation.
