ROLE DYNAMICS You will be a key contributor in defining Pricing strategies for Latin America, directly supporting business growth through rigorous financial analysis, insight generation, and continuous optimization of revenue and costs. **What You'll Bring:** * Evaluate the financial viability of pricing proposals and business plans for regional clients. * Design, implement, and monitor Pricing strategies and campaigns aimed at maximizing revenue and optimizing costs. * Develop dynamic pricing analyses ensuring competitiveness across the diverse economic realities of Latin American countries. * Analyze demand patterns to identify growth opportunities and new business avenues. * Support the development and justification of economic proposals before international Pricing committees. **\#LI\-Hybrid,** **\#LI\-GL1** **Impact You'll Make:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Mathematics, with a business focus. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Pricing, Finance, or data analysis roles. * Advanced Excel proficiency (modeling, analysis, and automation). * Solid knowledge of corporate finance. * Analytical mindset and results orientation. * Ability to thrive in dynamic and multicultural environments. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Interest in commercial strategy and business impact. * Basic programming or data handling experience (R, Python, Power Query, or Power Pivot). * Conversational English proficiency. * ***Preferred*** Intermediate Portuguese proficiency. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in\-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
