Autoclave Operator – Mosquera Who Are We? A 100% Colombian company with over 15 years of experience, leading in the manufacturing of household care products. We work with well-known brands in the Colombian market, as well as with countries in the Andean Community and Central America, through contract manufacturing and our own product lines—including detergents, fabric softeners, cleaners, degreasers, dishwashing liquids, among others. Requirements: Education: Technician in industrial mechanics, instrumentation, electromechanics, food technology, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating autoclaves, preferably in chemical plants; process control; monitoring of process variables; reading pressure gauges and flow meters; temperature indicators; density and quality control; sample collection; laboratory analysis; operation and monitoring of boilers and steam supply. Must reside in Mosquera, Funza, or Madrid. Working Conditions: Rotating shifts (7x7 schedule) 7 days: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 7 days: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. 7 days off. Salary: $2,200,000 + statutory benefits Meal allowance: $6,000 per day Attendance bonus: $170,000 Biweekly payments Location: Mosquera We are looking for talent like you.
