Internal transportation of waste and materials A leading logistics and waste management company is seeking Forklift Operators to join its operations in the industrial zone. We seek personnel with proven expertise in operating loading machinery (combustion and/or electric), demonstrating high responsibility in material handling and strict compliance with industrial safety regulations. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma (completed). Certification: Valid Forklift Operator course (mandatory). Experience: 6 months to 1 year operating combustion or electric forklifts in industrial or logistics environments. Transportation: Must own a motorcycle; the company does not provide shuttle services. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday. Your main responsibilities: Execute loading and unloading of authorized vehicles following instructions from your immediate supervisor. Ensure technically correct stacking of pallets, bales, and big bags to prevent collapse or material damage. Perform internal transportation of waste and materials between different areas of the facility. Operate the forklift strictly within load limits and support material compaction processes. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,850,550 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime premiums + Statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide shuttle services; having personal transportation is mandatory.
