An industrial sector company is urgently seeking PRODUCTION OPERATORS AND BLOW MOLDING OPERATORS. Location: Soacha Compensation: COP $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + overtime pay + bonuses + statutory benefits. Bi-weekly payments. Schedules: 3 rotating 12-hour shifts (2x2: two day shifts, two night shifts, two days off) Contract type: Project-based employment contract with possibility of direct hiring by the company, wellness plans, training, and development. Job Responsibilities: Line operator for packaging, packing, labeling, palletizing, sealing, raw material dosing, flash removal, and blow molding.
