Position Summary: We are seeking a Bidding Coordinator to lead the comprehensive management of bidding processes in the public sector, ensuring strategic participation and successful project awarding. At Seguridad Superior LTDA, a leading company in the Private Security and Surveillance sector with over 45 years of experience, we are seeking a Bidding Coordinator to strengthen our corporate team. What will be your mission? Lead the comprehensive management of bidding processes in the public sector, ensuring strategic participation, optimal proposal submission, and successful awarding of projects that drive company growth. Your main challenges will be: Analyze and review bidding documents (preliminary, draft, and final). Prepare observations and corrections according to process requirements. Attend clarification and award hearings. Lead preliminary and final reviews of proposals. Verify compliance with legal and technical requirements. Monitor the status of processes assigned to area analysts. Convene pre-installation meetings with involved departments. Identify opportunities for participation in public tenders. Perform additional duties assigned by the Bidding Manager. What are we looking for in you? Corporate Benefits Up to 2.5 paid days off per degree, marriage, or birthday Funeral insurance policy for your family members 2 paid days off per semester Required Technical Skills Analysis and understanding of bidding documents – Professional level Knowledge of state contracting regulations (Law 80, Law 1150, Decree 1082, Decree 1882, among others) Proficiency in SECOP I and II platforms – Professional level Advanced Excel – Professional level Preparation and structuring of bidding proposals Document management and control of enabling requirements Knowledge of public and private contracting Office software tools – Professional level Requirements to Apply Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields. Experience: 2 years in bidding processes, either in the public sector or in private security and surveillance. Solid knowledge of state contracting regulations and SECOP platform usage.
