




Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the kiln cooking process, managing finished product inventory, and coordinating order shipments, ensuring traceability and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Position Objective: Oversee the kiln cooking process, manage finished product inventory, and coordinate timely and accurate order shipments to customers, ensuring product traceability and quality. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise kiln loading, cooking, and unloading processes, controlling time, temperature, and fired brick quality. * Monitor and record firing process variables to ensure product homogeneity and strength. * Manage work-in-process and finished product inventory, ensuring updated and accurate records. * Coordinate and supervise loading and shipment operations for customer orders, verifying quantities, quality, and documentation. * Ensure proper organization and storage of products in the yard or warehouse. * Generate inventory, shipment, and kiln performance reports. * Coordinate with production and sales departments to align product availability with demand. * Comply with and enforce industrial safety regulations within the area. Required Profile: * Education: Technical or Technological degree in logistics, industrial production, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles, preferably in ceramic, brick manufacturing, or general manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of inventory management, industrial cooking processes, and shipment logistics. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Inventory analysis, Goods dispatch, Coordination, Quality control administration Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, department head, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, logistics, logistica
