Education: Technician or Technologist in Mechanical, Architectural, or Industrial Drafting, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the industrial sector (mandatory). Specialization: Specific experience in piping system (piping) design and pumping station design. Technical Tools: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D). Advanced proficiency in Revit (family creation and 3D modeling). Basic knowledge of BIM management. Your key responsibilities (Functions): Integrated Design: Produce high-precision engineering drawings (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and civil) using CAD tools. Modeling and Families: Generate specialized 3D models and families in Revit for infrastructure projects. Document Control: Lead the management and organization of the drawing archive and project technical documents. Quantification: Accurately prepare material take-off lists and quantity surveys (Take-offs).
