For our operation in Madrid, Cundinamarca, if you are a professional or student of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance management and competencies such as decision-making, working under pressure, and attention to detail, we are looking for you! Your Mission Ensure the design, execution, and updating of maintenance and reliability plans, leading strategies for fault elimination, asset modernization, process optimization, and compliance with management systems. Support reliability analyses, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance services, lead projects, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, and sustainability standards at assigned plants. What We Look for in You Academic Qualification: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in mold maintenance management within industrial, automotive, or related sectors, leading preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. Hands-on workshop experience and leadership of maintenance teams are mandatory. Knowledge of the SMED method and continuous improvement methodologies. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PeopleSoft; project management; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
