Position Objective This role focuses on monitoring national routes. The person will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring real-time pickups, ensuring service promise compliance, proper order assignment, and adherence to cutoff times. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? \- Coordinate and supervise the assignment of pickup orders to Veloces and Service Partners (SP) nationwide. \- Ensure compliance with cutoff times and operational protocols. \- Perform real-time tracking of SAME DAY and NEXT DAY services. \- Manage contingencies and in-route incidents. \- Guarantee 100% scanning and evidence upload to platforms. \- Monitor operational indicators (IER, effectiveness, and costs). \- Consolidate databases and management reports in Excel. \- Ensure cargo traceability and route profitability. What Are We Looking For? Education: Technical or technological degree in logistics, operations, administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics operations, pickups, routing, operational control, or third-party supervision.
