Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant Coordinator to supervise operations in the food sector, ensuring quality and efficiency in production and distribution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination and supervision of food plant operations. 2. Leadership of operational staff and assurance of quality standards. 3. Management of product receipt, inventory, and distribution. At GRUPO EMPRESARIAL SHALOM, we are looking for a PLANT COORDINATOR with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the food industry, preferably in PAE. REQUIREMENTS - Technical, technological, or professional degree in related fields. - Basic Excel proficiency. - Experience in product receipt, inventory control, and distribution. - Personnel management and supervision skills. - Experience handling audits and inspections by regulatory authorities. FUNCTIONS - Coordinate the snack project operations. - Supervise product receipt, storage, and distribution. - Ensure timely production and delivery of snacks. - Lead operational staff. - Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
