




Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Technician to join our team, responsible for providing first-level technical support to users, both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-level technical support to users. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 3. Experience in configuration and management of Ethernet networks. Our company, a major multinational engaged in importation and production, is looking for a Support Technician to join our workforce. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to users, both on-site and remotely. Main responsibilities: • Resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. • Maintain and manage the company’s Ethernet network, ensuring its proper operation and security. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. • Document incidents and applied solutions. • Assist in the configuration and management of servers and network services. • Carry out the assembly and adaptation process of equipment on-site. • And others. Requirements: • Technical or Technologist degree in Systems or Equipment Maintenance. • Minimum one year of experience. • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (Desirable). • Intermediate proficiency with Office productivity tools / Office 365. • Experience in configuration and management of Ethernet networks (Switch / Firewall). • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and internal/external customer service skills.
