Responsible for executing the work plan to properly achieve departmental operational objectives and meet agreed-upon inventory accuracy levels with clients. Ensure correct execution of warehouse operational activities; comply with standards and procedures established by Inventory Coordination and/or Operations Management; and actively contribute to improvements in the inventory control process. **Responsibilities:** * \- Optimize resources to meet company requirements. \- Develop a strategic logistics plan aligned with company objectives to ensure inventory accuracy levels. + Ensure compliance with client-specific schedules for daily cycle count reporting. + Fulfill client-agreed reporting requirements for periodic cycle inventories. + Perform ABC inventory classification per client (picking productivity). + Participate in coordination and execution of annual W2W inventories across various accounts. + Audit proper product storage according to quality/temperature conditions. + Monitor implementation of sound warehousing practices. + Comply with and enforce the company's quality policy. + Prepare annual reports documenting changes, improvements, or issues identified across various accounts. + Control inventory levels for each account. + Report account-specific inventory performance indicators to the Inventory Coordinator, including potential process improvements. + Organize team-based work assignments. + Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. **Qualifications:** * Position Level: STRATEGIC TACTICAL SUPPORT * High School Diploma * Technical Degree (4 Semesters) * Technological Degree (6 Semesters) * Equivalent experience accepted * BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS * Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Technical Skills * Intermediate Office / Excel proficiency \- Inventory control knowledge **Additional Skills:** * Results-oriented * Effective communication * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Leadership * Experience: total work experience and specific experience required for performing this role **Specific Experience:** * Minimum 6 months Location: Bogota **Employee Type:** Intern UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
