Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise staff, assign daily activities, and optimize manufacturing processes in a production plant. Key Highlights: 1. Support in supervision of plant personnel **Requirements:** **Education:** Professional degree in: * Industrial Engineering. * Production Engineering. * Chemical Engineering. **Technical Knowledge** * Plastic transformation processes (injection, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming). * Production performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, productivity). * Quality control. * Industrial safety and SST standards. * Basic Excel and operational reporting skills. * In-process inventory control. * Operational staff management. * Specific experience in **plastic sector companies**. * Availability for rotating shifts. Morning shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Night shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am * Management of 10–15 operational staff members. **We Offer:** **Salary:** $2\.700\.000 **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, as indicated above. **Work Location:** Puente Aranda, Industrial Zone. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Assist the Production Manager in supervising plant personnel. 2\. Assign staff to daily activities in the production plant. 3\.
