A well-known horizontal property company located on the Chía road requires a Building Maintenance Coordinator with a professional degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields. Minimum of two years’ experience in maintenance roles for buildings; experience in service companies, cooperatives, or horizontal property management is desirable. Responsibilities: Conduct follow-up visits for local repairs and maintenance at various condominium sites and facilities; manage local repairs across different sites and facilities; handle service requests and procurement for maintenance work on equipment and facilities; implement the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for equipment, among others. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: $2,800,000 to $3,200,000, depending on profile and experience. Position Type: Full-time
