This position reports to: Project Manager **Your role and responsibilities** **In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support—including technical support, assistance related to orders and payments—to achieve target service quality levels, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement the customer support strategy to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will also demonstrate your expertise by supporting the achievement of established goals through progress tracking and implementing improvement actions when necessary.** **The work model for this role is: hybrid** **This role contributes to ELDS in Colombia.
