Part of a solid and growing company At Ferretería de Marca, a company with over 10 years of experience in the hardware sector, we are looking for an E-Commerce Platform Leader passionate about digital sales, online channel optimization, and commercial growth. We seek an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented individual capable of leading our digital channel operations and developing strategies that drive business growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize the company’s digital sales channels (Marketplace, virtual store, and other assigned platforms). * Administer and update catalogs, inventories, pricing, and listings. * Ensure an excellent customer shopping experience. * Supervise timely order processing and achievement of management indicators. * Analyze commercial performance and sales behavior. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose strategies to increase digital channel conversion, sales, and profitability. * Monitor commercial campaigns and promotional activities. **Required Profile** * Technician or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Business, or related fields. * Minimum one (1) year of experience leading E-Commerce, Marketplace, or digital channel operations. * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management. * Analytical and commercial skills, with a results orientation. * Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and follow-up capability. **Conditions** * On-site work – Milán Business Center, Km 8.5 Medellín Highway, Tenjo. * Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Indefinite-term contract. * Salary: $2,000,000 + commissions.
