Your mission will be to ensure that the department’s administrative and technical processes run with excellence, contributing your organizational and technical capabilities to the success of our commercial proposals. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively support operational and management activities of the Proposals and Business Development Department. * Process and organize key information using office productivity tools (Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace). * Collaborate in proposal structuring by working as part of a team to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Address daily requests while consistently delivering excellent internal customer service. **Profile Requirements** **Technical Requirements:** * **Academic Level:** Graduated as a Technician or Technologist, specifically in construction and civil engineering fields. * **Experience:** This is an excellent opening if you hold a Technician/Technologist degree and are seeking your first opportunity without prior experience! * **Tools:** Excellent proficiency with office productivity tools (Office or Google). **Conditions and Benefits** * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract, initially for a period of 1 to 3 months. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Location:** Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
