Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to supervise processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff in quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise quality processes in production plants. 2. Ensure compliance with sector regulations and standards. 3. Participate in staff training on quality control and continuous improvement. We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of plastic packaging products, and we aim to strengthen our team with a committed and detail-oriented **Quality Assistant**. **What will you do in this role?** * Supervise quality processes within production plants, ensuring each product meets the parameters defined by the company. * Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of internal procedures, guaranteeing compliance with sector regulations and standards. * Participate in staff training and awareness initiatives on quality control practices and continuous improvement. **What we are looking for:** * Technician or technologist in Industrial Production or related fields. * Proven experience in quality control within production environments, preferably applying quality assurance tools and methodologies. **What we offer:** * **Contract:** Indefinite-term direct contract with the company * Salary: MLMV\+ all statutory benefits\+ all social benefits \+ company-provided food allowance of $100\.000 COP. * Location: Soacha via Sibate Workplace: On-site employment
