Position Summary: Operate and program cutting, punching, and bending machines to fabricate metal parts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and production timelines. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of CNC machinery and hydraulic bending machines. 2. Interpretation of engineering drawings and quality assurance in production. 3. Support for auxiliary activities and supervision of assistants. * **Job Objective:** Operate and program cutting, punching, and bending machines for the fabrication of metal parts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and established production timelines. * Job Responsibilities: + Program and operate CNC punch presses and bending machines, as well as operate hydraulic bending machines and shears to fabricate metal parts according to production requirements. + Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions to ensure correct part fabrication. + Verify dimensions and characteristics of products during the production process. + Perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance on assigned equipment. + Report machine malfunctions or anomalies promptly. + Process materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet, and cold-rolled (CR) sheet. + Support complementary production activities, including polishing processes and other operational tasks as required. + Comply with quality, safety, and occupational health guidelines. + Inspect products upon entry to and exit from the workstation. + Perform basic maintenance routines, including lubrication, cleaning, oil application, and adjustments. + Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. + Supervise the assigned plant assistant providing support. + Comply with quality, safety, and occupational health guidelines. + Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). + Responsibly manage company resources. + Execute tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Company Description: Operating in the metal-mechanical sector, with over 30 years of industry experience, the company specializes in metal transformation to produce components of diverse specifications—serving industries ranging from oil and gas to decoration and finishing enterprises.
