Our agile approach ensures exceptional service and innovative solutions for our clients. ### **About the Role** *We are looking for a* ***Senior Java Developer*** *to participate in the design, development, and evolution of scalable, highly available enterprise applications.* *The role emphasizes backend architecture, microservices, and distributed systems, operating in cloud environments and modern platforms focused on performance, resilience, and maintainability.* *The candidate will collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams, actively contributing to technical decisions and engineering best practices.* ### **Requirements** * *5+ years of backend development experience with Java.* * *Solid experience with: Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Security, and Data* * *Experience developing REST APIs and microservice-based architectures.* * *Experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.* * *Strong knowledge of JPA / Hibernate.* * *Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.* * *Knowledge of concurrency and multithreading.* * *Experience with containers and orchestration: Docker / Kubernetes* * *Experience with CI/CD pipelines.* * *Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud* ### **Responsibilities** * *Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.* * *Participate in architectural and technical design decisions for enterprise applications.* * *Build and optimize microservice-based and distributed system architectures.* * *Develop secure, resilient, and highly available applications.* * *Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.* * *Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.* * *Analyze and resolve complex production issues.* * *Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to performance, security, and scalability.* * *Work on cloud-native environments and containerized applications.* ### **We Offer** * 100% remote work in Mexico time zone * Salary in USD * GCP certifications covered. * Referral Program * Growth-oriented startup environment * Global and multicultural work settings
