




A nationwide courier and logistics company requires a "Customer Service Representative" for **immediate hiring**, to work directly with us. **What will you do?** **Customer Service** * Provide customer service and advisory support. * Handle complaints and compensation claims. * Coordinate urgent deliveries with couriers. **Operations and Logistics** * Manage agents and update the coverage list. * Sort packages and waybills by destination zones. * Prepare and submit delivery confirmations and re-dispatch records. * Process shipments for urban customers. * Enter supplementary data into the system. **Delivery and Return Control** * Review and classify delivery confirmations. * Verify and categorize returns according to cause. * Compare delivery confirmations against courier manifests. * Verify correct completion of waybills. **Document Management** * Archive manifests, waybills, shipment documents, and delivery confirmations. * Organize billing documentation and carrier-related paperwork. **We offer:** * Base salary: $1,752,000 * Transportation allowance: $2,000,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. * All statutory benefits included. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the logistics and transportation sector (Mandatory) **IMMEDIATE RESPONSE** Position type: Full-time Application question(s): * Experience in courier companies
