




Summary: This role supports the US Sales team with quoting, processing shipments, managing data, creating documentation, and generating reports to ensure smooth operations. Highlights: 1. Support sales operations with quoting and export shipments 2. Manage internal documents, SOPs, and process maps 3. Generate and analyze reports for sales and stakeholders **Job desription – Associate SLS CRT** **Key Responsibilities**: Provide support to the Sales Support team in US by: * Support for Large Customer ad hoc \& spot quoting. * Receive, review, process, and redirect the quotes to the stations for export shipments from the USA. * Support the US Incentive Team in activities such as incentive calculations, quality checks, and management of databases, among others. * Create, update, and manage internal documents such as SOPs, process maps, and work instructions to ensure process clarity and compliance. * Perform track \& trace activities for shipments, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders and proactive resolution of issues. * Contact DGF stations worldwide when required to request shipment information and ensure timely responses. * Create, analyze, and distribute reports for the US Sales team according to the parameters specified by the BP, including sending relevant information to the respective stakeholders. * Generate and deliver QBRs, MRMs, and other periodic reports as required, ensuring accurate filtering and analysis of data to support decision\-making. * Provide visibility to the Sales representatives and the accounts handled about current performance through continuous communication with the stakeholders. * Generate Bids \& Leads reporting and provide support based on the updates shared by the stakeholder. **Skills / Requirements****:** * Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations. * At least 1 years in Logistcs process * Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools. * Good communication in English (verbal and written), (B2\) * Customer service and communication skills. * Teamwork and autonomy
