Join us!** **PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION** Lead medium-scale projects—defined by size, criticality, or strategic impact related to SDA and area priorities. Projects may be internal to the department or from other departments where expertise and/or experience is required. Coordinate, plan, and prioritize all project-related activities and tasks. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Project Management, MBA, Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related disciplines is desirable. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum five (5) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector, in software development and/or team/project management. **KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS** * Budgeting * User management * Management of internal and/or external teams (vendors) Project management and/or software lifecycle management * *Desirable:* *Background in database development and/or administration.* **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Teamwork * Communication skills * Customer service orientation * Problem-solving and innovation orientation * Strategic thinking Results-oriented * *Hi!
