Position Summary: Proctek S.A.S. seeks a Civil Engineering Resident with technical expertise to lead on-site execution of an industrial project, coordinating civil work fronts with safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Supervise civil activities and manage scheduling and progress control At PROCTEK S.A.S., we seek a Civil Engineering Resident to lead on-site execution of an industrial project in Paipa (Boyacá), associated with cooling towers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical judgment, a focus on planning and control, and the ability to coordinate civil work fronts with safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil project activities (foundations, structures, concrete works, anchoring, site adaptations, and civil works associated with industrial equipment). Manage scheduling, progress control, productivity, and reporting of field issues. Verify drawings, technical specifications, quantities of work, and approvals prior to execution. Coordinate contractors, work crews, and resources (materials, equipment, and tools), ensuring operational continuity. Ensure compliance with on-site quality standards: material receipt, testing control where applicable, evidence, and records. Ensure compliance with SST/HSEQ requirements: permits, risk controls, inductions, and operational discipline. Consolidate project documentation: daily logs, meeting minutes, reports, resolution of pending items, and deliverables. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (with valid professional license). Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in monolithic foundations of 1000 m² in leadership roles (Resident, Contractor, Project Director).
