Job Description Your Challenges: Apply comprehensive knowledge of the SIIGO accounting software to processes such as chart of accounts (PUC) creation, bank reconciliation, inflation adjustments, provisions, calculation and management of amortizations and depreciations, generation of official accounting books, and preparation of basic and general financial statements—enabling you to effectively convey this knowledge to program users. Apply payroll module knowledge in accordance with Law 100 and Law 50 regarding pension, health, withholding tax, ARL, and self-calculation of parafiscal contributions. Guide and support users in cases of doubt regarding the above items, adhering to sound accounting practices and legal regulations, to define client-specific solutions. Respond to any customer inquiries and provide accurate, reliable information related to the SIIGO accounting software. Follow up on commitments made to customers. What Do We Need From You? You are a technical or technological professional and/or a student in at least the fourth semester of Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
