Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support for the entire PC and peripheral fleet (pin pad - ticket printers - etc) * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Support incidents related to base software * Equipment preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement * Equipment customization and data restoration * Prepare equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * Keep the hardware inventory up to date * Manual registration and tracking of equipment movements - shipping documents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional with technical studies in systems, computer science, industrial, logistics or similar fields. * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (desirable but not mandatory) * Experience in operational management of assets, inventories or warehouses * 1 year or more of professional experience. * Technical knowledge of HW (desirable) * Knowledge of TKTS management tools (desirable) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
