Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to provide specialized technical assistance, perform technical analyses, and propose improvements to optimize the operation of Horeca equipment. Preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance Maintenance Technician - Electromechanical Technician - Tunja 1 year of experience in technical support for Horeca equipment. Education: Technician or Technologist in Electromechanics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering Knowledge: Specific technical knowledge of ovens and Horeca sector equipment, or technical knowledge of refrigeration. Responsibilities: Provide specialized technical assistance for various brands and equipment, including coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, ice makers, juicers, among others. Conduct technical analyses and present improvement proposals to optimize equipment performance. Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of commercial machinery. Respond to and resolve customer-reported technical requests, failures, and inquiries. Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance according to the established schedule. Ensure timely completion of assigned services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Prepare and complete technical reports and service records accurately, detailing spare parts, quantities, codes, recommendations, and relevant observations.
