Job Summary: We are seeking an Auxiliary I / User Management professional to identify barriers in service delivery, manage affiliate requests, and act as an intermediary between IPS and Nueva EPS, adhering to customer service protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Efficiently manage and expedite requests and inquiries from affiliates 2. Act as an intermediary between IPS and Nueva EPS 3. Comply with customer service protocol guidelines We are currently recruiting for the position of Auxiliary I / User Management. Responsibilities: Identify users encountering barriers in service delivery. Manage and expedite affiliate requests and inquiries efficiently and effectively. Act as an intermediary between IPS and Nueva EPS where the insurer has no other presence. Comply with established guidelines in the customer service protocol. Schedule: Workweek: Monday - Saturday Specific schedule: Day shift (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Academic Level: Technical degree or undergraduate student (minimum 3 semesters completed) Minimum Experience in Related Positions: 6 months Required Experience: In customer service. In appropriately directing resolution of difficult situations in user service. Knowledge of protocols, customer service, and complaints handling. Specific Knowledge and Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel).
