Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage maintenance operations, plan preventive and corrective tasks, and ensure the efficient operation of equipment and systems. We need someone with a strong track record in maintenance team management, possessing leadership skills to guide a team of technicians and specialized technicians. You must have an in-depth understanding of industrial maintenance processes and be capable of implementing effective strategies to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
