We are committed to overcoming new challenges and seizing opportunities in patient care. **What You Will Do at Renal Care Services & Vantive** * Conduct assessment and diagnosis based on clinical findings for patients with chronic or acute kidney disease at each stage of health, and present them to the nephrologist for development of the care plan and prescription, under his or her guidance and supervision. Record the information in the organization’s designated computer system. * Know and apply current procedures, protocols, and management guidelines in RTS for medical care under the nephrologist’s supervision. * Provide care strategies to improve the patient’s clinical condition and adaptation to their environment, addressing renal pathology comprehensively under the nephrologist’s supervision. * Ensure the truthfulness, timeliness, reliability, and protection of data generated during health service delivery across the IPS network, as well as in institutional reports, using the defined information systems. * Actively participate with the multidisciplinary team in the comprehensive management of patients with chronic and acute kidney disease at the IPS. * Accompany the nephrologist during procedures performed in minor procedure rooms and complete the corresponding clinical records in accordance with current regulations. * Guarantee basic and advanced care for patients requiring cerebrocardiopulmonary resuscitation within the IPS. * Comply with current regulations regarding health, environment, and safety, actively participating in programs implemented by the company. **What You Will Bring to Renal Care Services & Vantive** * Education: General Physician. * Minimum six months of experience in clinical roles and patient care. **Location:** Bogotá **Reasonable Accommodation** Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
