If you come from the telecom / infrastructure world and enjoy hands\-on operations, you’ll feel at home here. **About the Role** As a Resource Coordinator – Telecom Infrastructure, you’ll be at the center of our operations. Your main mission is to coordinate field technicians and other resources so projects have the right people, with the right skills and certifications, in the right place, at the right time. You will: * Plan and track who is going where and when. * Keep our resource matrix and certifications up to date. * Support travel and logistics for field staff. * Help optimize how we use our field workforce and tools. You’ll work closely with Operations Managers, Project Managers, field technicians, Administration, and HR, building strong relationships so coordination flows smoothly across all stakeholders. **What You Will Do (Your Day\-to\-Day)** * Plan and schedule field resources (fiel technicians) for active and upcoming projects across the Americas. * Keep the resource matrix updated: availability, skills, certifications, rotations, and travel schedules. * Coordinate with HR for onboarding, documentation, and renewals of required compliance items. * Verify that OSHA and technical certifications and other documentation are valid and complete before assigning team members to projects, especially when work involves the United States. * Support travel and logistics for mobilization and demobilization of field personnel, including travel to and from the United States when required. * Track manpower needs per project and identify gaps or surpluses in capacity. * Prepare weekly utilization and staffing reports to share with Operations and leadership. * Communicate changes in availability, rotations, or staffing conflicts to the Operations Manager and Project Managers. * Maintain accurate and organized records in SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and internal trackers. * Coordinate tools and equipment inventory for field teams, tracking assignment, returns, and replacements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with field technicians, Project Coordinators, Operations Managers, HR, Administration, and vendors to support smooth day\-to\-day coordination. **What Success Looks Like (Key Outcomes)** * Field resources are assigned on time and aligned with project needs across the region. * Resource data (skills, certifications, assignments, availability) is accurate, complete, and up to date. * Staffing is ready and compliant, with OSHA and other health, safety, quality, and excellence standards consistently met before work starts, especially for projects involving the United States. * Labor is well utilized, helping projects run efficiently and supporting cost control. * Tools and equipment assigned to teams are well tracked and managed, minimizing loss and downtime. **Who You Are (Qualifications)** *Required* * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience in the telecom industry is required (for example: network deployment, field services, data centers, fiber/optical infrastructure, or similar telecom operations). * Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, or coordination (e.g., coordinating field teams, technicians, crews, or similar). * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint) and basic scheduling/coordination tools. * Fluent English (written and spoken), due to the nature of client and internal communication. * Strong organizational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail in documentation and data. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. * Analytical mindset to spot trends, capacity issues, and optimization opportunities. * High sense of accountability and confidentiality when handling personnel and operational information. * Ability to travel internationally as needed, including to the United States. * Currently holds a valid visa that allows travel to the United States for work\-related trips (e.g., B1/B2 or equivalent). *Preferred* * Spanish (spoken and written) strongly preferred to support coordination with field teams and stakeholders across Latin America. * Experience working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams in Latin America and North America. * Exposure to subcontractor/vendor coordination in telecom or infrastructure projects. * Experience supporting projects that involve U.S. clients or U.S.\-based sites. **Work Environment \& Demands** * Remote role based in Latin America, supporting projects across the Americas (North America, Central America, Caribbean, South America). * Primarily a sedentary position, working at a computer for extended periods. * Occasional travel to project sites or meetings, including travel to the United States, may be required. * Fast\-paced operational environment, often handling multiple requests at the same time. * Requires focus on multiple concurrent priorities, real\-time decision\-making for staffing changes, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. * Professional and empathetic interaction with a wide range of people (field staff, managers, vendors, etc.).
