The Delivery Manager Senior is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, team alignment, and consistent value generation. This role acts as a key bridge between strategy and execution, driving delivery standards, fostering high\-performing teams, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed objectives in terms of quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end delivery management, ensuring execution aligns with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards. * Coordinate cross\-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration. * Monitor delivery performance through KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement practices. * Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and operational blockers proactively. * Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, providing visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes. * Promote best practices in delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and operational governance. * Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management practices. * Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, predictability, and delivery maturity. **Requirements** * Proven experience in senior delivery or program management roles within complex, fast\-paced environments. * Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and operational best practices. * Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities with a results\-oriented mindset. * Experience managing delivery metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. * High level of autonomy, leadership maturity, and decision\-making capability. * Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
