Participate in documenting user stories under agile methodologies, contributing ideas and observations to improve functional understanding of requirements. 2. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum), collaborating effectively with the development team and sharing relevant observations regarding the backlog. 3. Support execution and tracking of functional and user testing across different environments (UAT and BETA), ensuring proper functionality of implemented developments. 4. Track work and agreements with UX/UI and content teams on defining user-centered experiences, ensuring visual and terminological consistency across all workflows. 5. Provide support in documenting reported issues (bugs or functional incidents) across various environments or by teams. 6.
