In this role, they will support the company’s brand through positive customer service and sales of complex products with limited or no guidance. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Promote and drive product sales (prepare work tools, tasting cart, verify product condition, presentation, batch traceability, and actively promote products). * Place orders according to restocking needs. * Execute activations and events at traditional and modern points of sale. * Report competitor activities at traditional and modern points of sale. * Execute rotation and clearance plans as instructed. * Fulfill sales requests from buyers (selecting and cutting portions). * Ensure visits to assigned points of sale along the route and/or as scheduled by the direct supervisor. * Execute planograms, product displays, and success films in accordance with company guidelines. * Promote company products, focusing on innovations and aligned with company strategy. * Accurately stock available products at the point of sale in designated spaces. * Ensure proper operation of the company’s cold assets. Implement communication materials according to established parameters. * Guarantee excellent execution at the point of sale (assortment, date checks, planogram guides, traceability boards). * Complete tasks and assignments given by the direct supervisor and/or the company as part of the role and assigned customers. * Receive orders, inspect product conditions, rotate and stock products at designated locations. * Responsible for cleaning and organizing the work area. * Participate in road safety training. * Perform cleaning and sanitization duties at the workplace. * Report road incidents occurring during work-related travel. * Timely and truthful reporting of personal health conditions. * Commit to the organization’s requirements regarding compliance with road safety legislation and company road safety guidelines. * Other assigned duties. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing and descending stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kg or 12.5 kg, with or without reasonable accommodation (as applicable). * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, and other factors may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to work under diverse indoor and outdoor conditions, including ambient temperature, freezing temperatures down to -18°C, and refrigerated temperatures down to -4°C. * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with prior notice. * Availability to travel within Piedecuesta, Floridablanca, and Girón. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience working in a mass-consumption environment and delivering customer service.
